Well, I done been to the concert mountaintop and back. Temptress, Loving O and I attended the concert on February 25. 2006. It was my first concert of the New Year. Oh and WHAT A CONCERT it was!!! The show started at 3 pm sharp, and we got to the park about 1:30, and walked around to the area. PEOPLE....getting to a show early PAYS OFF! Ya heard? We had reserved seats so we had to wait until 2 (something) to be seated. And the people in the (not reserved) area were already in there seats. My goodness it was packed, and not even CLOSE to showtime. I smiled to see that. One guy asked my if I thought it was possible for Otis to sign his Meet The Temptations Album...I told him I hope so, I haven't seen one of those in years. A lot of people were interested in the new CD which I carry a copy of in my purse. (LOL, I aint playing, this my group!) Temptress and I wore our autographed RonTyson.com t-shirts. They wanted to know about those too. A lot of the front row posse at this venue were retired season ticket holders..and they thought reserved seating meant you had to be "reserved" to sit up there. A lot of them were very amused by this 19 year old doing all the dance moves, and singing it word for word! LOL! One lady told me between songs you got every move DOWN!! LOL! I said thanks and winked at Joe. He was his wonderful booming self. I tell you that man has a wonderful bass, and he is a great showman. Before the show we got to talk to Sweet Al for quite a while. He was WONDERFUL, of course. We talked about college and my music, and acting and EVERYTHING. While I was talking to Al, Ron came out, and I said Hey Ron!He did a double take, and greeted us with a BIG HELLO! And said, ya'll looking good in that shirt. We said "WE KNOW!, It's all YOU baby!" LOL! HE enjoyed that very much...you could tell. Got to chat with the best band in the world. Adrian wanted to know if we were doing Toledo...(he's so sweet) Cousin Vic was sweet and nice and looked like he couldn't place me right away, but finally did. They came out and were tuning their instruments and I spoke to Kerry. Frank (engineer) was wonderful, and began playing Reflections before the show, this was while I was "making my rounds". LOL! The pre-show was so much fun. Also got to "see" G.C., Joe, and Terry when they first got there. They were looking refreshed. Funny story. I told T the night before when we were sitting up watching the 5 DVD, looking at pictures, and everything we could get our hands on. "I hope they don't wear them black and white suits" I have seen them like a billlion times. AND THEY DID. They wore those all white with the black jacket, ANYWAYS. I guess they showed me. Now I am gonna have to HIRE somebody to "lose" those suits. I wonder if Billy Banister is easily bought, or if he knows somebody....Hmmm? LOL! But no seriously, they looked good, and sounded even better. They added You Are So Neccessary from "Legacy" to the show, and I can't imagine it soundin any better. It was so crisp, and blended. They were just wonderful. Before the concert they made an announcement, please stay in your seats...HA- They dont know Weeks huh? LOL! Ron Tyson says GET UP? I'm getting the hell up! LOL! We partied hard, and the rest of the people around us, decided it was safe enough to match our enthusiasm (sp) and get up and DANCE. They toe that place up! Ya hear? G.C. was wonderful, and they all were in great voice. Otis was charming and amused with us pulling our CDs out and talking while he was talking about the CD. We were talking to the folks around us. He made fun of the way GC was doing a step. Because GC was in the military, and the way he did the step was very militant and cool. He was soooo mellow during this step. It was so cute to see them poke fun at each other, we cracked up. They enjoyed us and we enjoyed them. After the show I got to speak with GC, and kissed and loved on him, and he signed my Reflections. I told him he did a wonderful job. He was so sweet and accomadating.(I KNOW I spelled that wrong LOL) I also got to see Joe. He was wonderful of course...(he my favorite ) MY BABY MY BABY MY BABY...Terry tore up SILMB, I swear he never ceases to amaze me. It was so funny, Temptress and I were elbowing each other outta the way to take pictures of him. He was great! And he saw his Weaky Baby, even took time out to sing to me "our part" LOL! That will always be considered our part...(next time I'll be kinder, would you please help me find her) All in all, a wonderful show...

Weaky, I know you all had a good time. I saw them the night before in Ft. Myers and they were just wonderful. I would do almost anything to be able to meet and talk with my musical idols. I have been a Temptation fanatic since I was 13. I think I'm in love with Ron.

Hi Temptress. That would have been so cool. We should try to meet at another one of their concerts one day. At the concert G.C. pointed to me and said "my girl" at the end of that song ( of course I had a front row seat).Well, I Floated out of that place and was on cloud nine for at least a week.
