Hi guys, I just wanted to here some opinions about some reflections or rather what I say in the movie that made me want to go back and really actually live a part of it and I wanted to know yours also. From the beginning, Otis and his friend were racing to get to a concert where they were ultimately inspired to be artists. Because I come from a small country town in TN , I see a lot various groups singing together, not performing just yet, but singing together and I have yet to see how the movie captivated moments where Otis and the Siberians were singing outside of school along with Melvin with his group singing on the corner. I bet you it was so great seeing that, I would love to go back and just sit down and watch. How about you guys?

I also want to interject a scene that was funny, yet unique to me. In the movie there was the scene in the bathroom, where Otis and Mevlin has a snippet of another song they sang for Berry Gordy in the bathroom that went like this....Pecos kid (bang) Pecos kid (bang) yeeeeaaaah Pecos kid (bang, bang). Now that kind of stuck out to me since I am a singer and lover of people with great and versatile vocal ability, and I have seen some groups sing, around town, in school, of course on television, and they all sing in harmony and together which is good, but to see that going on where one singer sings and the other comes back, not together but kind of back in forth with different ranges was awesome to me. I don't see many groups doing that, maybe its so original and everybody is used to singing in harmonies and together, but I thought it was so cool. When they did it, I could imagine how they came up with it and then just strolling down the street together singing it with a connection their voices displayed.
